Frequently Asked Questions

  • Although not required, reservations are highly recommended as seating may be limited during peak days/hours.

  • $47 (1) 10oz candle per guest.

    $72 (2) 10oz candles per guest.

  • The host of the event can secure a reservation with a NON-Refundable deposit which will go towards the final balance. Once the party is confirmed, the final headcount is due several days prior to the event to plan for the best experience for your group.

    Final payment is due the day of the event. We do not accept separate payments. The host is in charge of collecting payment from their guest!

    More Important Information

    • Please arrive for check-in 15 minutes prior to the start time as the experience will start no later than 15 minutes after confirmed time. Make & Mellow team will allow host(ess) 15 minutes before the start time for set-up.

    • Glassware is provided.

    • Light bites are allowed (please no personal stereos). Make & Mellow will provide small plates and cleanup.

    • If guests are more than 30 minutes late, the event may need to be rescheduled to another date and time.

  • For all in-store and online transactions, we accept all major credit cards, checks (only for deposits or full payment) and cash. Credit card processing will incur 3.5% charge.

  • Purchases are non-refundable but seating may be rebooked or seating may be transfered to someone else.

  • We have parking located at West 14th Street available for Make & Mellow guests Thursday-Sunday, along with street parking that is accessible daily.

  • Light bites are welcomed with refreshment. We also have non-alcoholic beverages available for purchase, sparkling waters, and nostalgic soft drinks.

  • Customer’s receive an in-store 10% discount when reusing a Make & Mellow candle vessel.
